EXPO's AT-GRADE CROSSINGS

 There's a e-mail campaign in progress to ask the California Public Utilities Commission to hold off approving EXPO's at-grade crossings (Overland, Westwood, Military, Sepulveda) during its meeting on Nov. 10. EXPO is requesting approval while the appeal of residents' lawsuit against them is still pending.
