Hunger Games is Increasing Interest in Archery Says LA Times - Free Classes at Rancho Park Archery Range

A story in the Los Angeles Times business section says that archery is shooting up in popularity due to the "Hunger Games"  books and movie. Here's a tip - the Rancho Park Archery Range offers free classes every Saturday.

You can also head over to The Landmark at the Westside Pavillion and catch the movie.

According to Alejandro over at Rancho Park Archery's blog, 2012 is going to to be a big year for archery in movies. In addition to the "Hunger Games", archery fans can set their sites on Pixar's "Brave" and "The Avengers".

I am not sure whether actress Dayna Schaaff is in any of those films, but you can watch video of her at the Rancho Park Achery Range here.
