Rancho Park Expo Line Construction NoticeExpo construction crews will be relocating existing gas pipelines at Military Ave and Exposition Blvd, along the MTA right of way. The work will require full closure of Military Avenue at the intersection with Exposition Blvd for one week, beginning Monday, March 19 through Friday, March 23 from 9 am to 3:30 pm.

The notice of utility work says the noise, from the operation of heavy machinery, will be similar to that of a trash truck. It also says it might smell of gas for a while as harmless natural gas is released during the removal of the existing pipes, and that efforts will be made to minimize dust.
