Last weekend my family, along with many of our Rancho Park friends and neighbors, braved the rain and headed north up Westwood Blvd. to attend the UCLA women's soccer game versus USC.

Kids got in free if they wore their own soccer uniforms and we all had a ball eating popcorn, cheering the players and somehow staying dry. We had such a great time, we may just go back again on Saturday when UCLA has its first round NCAA tournament match against New Mexico. Next year we won't wait till the end of the season to realize how easy and fun it is to attend games at Drake Stadium. Hopefully, after reading this, you won't either.

Tickets for Saturday's match are $10 for adults and $8 for youth/students (w/valid ID). They can be purchased at the stadium.
